Emergence

We managed to squeeze in one final ski day for the season earlier this month at Crystal. I was scared by the exposed rocks and slippery slush. Jane wasn't.

We did NOT pond skim. Please.

Ba. Na. Na. Slug, Slug, Slug, Slug!

We probably shouldn't have touched Broken Obelisk.

We finally walked by the vast, sorta new Expedia campus, which for now includes plenty of public space. Expedia, huh. Seems kind of ridiculous, all that space (40 acres), for a travel website.

Kubota Garden continues to amaze, even though we never quite make it during full flower. Fujitaro Kubota started it with just five trees in 1927. There was a break in work during his family's WWII internment.
