Snowmaggedon

Snow days upon snow days in Seattle. We had to leave.

Whistler.

We tried out the tubing hill. The kids were pretty scared even though they don't seem to be going fast.

We were excited for the Fire & Ice show. Skiers/boarders flying through a ring of fire! It was actually boring.

The next day was alpine heaven. Fast groomers.

The following day was pretty snowy. So Jane attempted a massive jump. She landed on her face.

Our favorite place to warm up (other than the Rendezvous Lodge because of its Nintendo lounge; terrible) was the Crystal Hut. There's whipped cream lying around to add to your hot cocoa.

We're not really "Resort & Spa" people. We're more a "Brown Bag Lunches Not Permitted Here Thanks We'll Eat on a Bench Next to the Bathroom" family. So thank you Snowmaggedon for allowing us to take advantage of mid-week deals. We had the place to ourselves, along with all the lawyers from DC, Crazy Rich Asians, Mexicans, Quebecois and Antipodeans.
