The Mid-Atlantic 2013

While in Williamsburg, we took our daily constitutional along the James River.

Aren't the deeply recessed windows of the Wren Building calming? Also, note that there are some memorable Michelangelo drawings on exhibit at the Muscarelle should you find yourself in Tidewater Virginia.

Here we are in Yorktown. The James River is overrun with jellyfish. Yikes! But Yorktown is interesting. It's easy to see how the British were hard-up there, even without jellyfish.

We caught up with Irene and her daughter Ellie in Chevy Chase the day after the Snowquester. How time flies. Visit us, Ireeeeeeeene!

Bloomberg needs to control the size of macarons.

DC blocks are huge. Strollers are required. Lesson learned.

Horace was hoarse after Luke's dinner party.
