Seabrook

We spent the weekend at Seabrook, a model community inspired by Florida's Seaside, which Vincent Scully raved about in class. Here's the cottage we rented:

It was new and full of clean lines and labels to guide your cheese grater/toaster/etc. placement. We suspect that it's the second home for a Microsoft employee because the house was outfitted with an Xbox 360, a Kinect and oodles of games. We danced around a lot to Dance Central instead of exploring the coastline. And we sat around.

But the path to the beach was lovely in that creepy, overgrown WA way.

And the sun shined on Sunday.
